Nosotros were very satisfied with the motion. I chosen a moving service in Bryan, Texas, and they wanted roughly 3,000 more than Moving Apt did. I was very glad when Moving Apt contacted me. I was surprised that it was a Florida company that was gonna do the pickup. But they were there when they said. They were very efficient and completed the job very quickly. The only matter that I thought was gonna be a problem was that I had made a payment. Information technology was roughly 1/3 to initiate the contract and the person that came to exercise the packing did not know how much I had paid.

This was my first long-distance move, and I'm happy to say information technology went smoothly. Nikolas provided me with stellar service from kickoff to stop. He answered all of my questions promptly and with utmost professionalism. When the delivery date of my belongings looked similar it was going to be delayed longer than anticipated, his and move coordinator Nikolas sprang into activity and managed to secure a house delivery appointment within the promised delivery window. That was a huge relief, and I appreciate all of their assist. Overall, I tin can't imagine my interstate motility going whatever better or smoother than information technology did. I'll use their services again the next fourth dimension I need to move my entire household.

Cannot say plenty things about these guys. We had several heavy specialty items, and they could handle information technology all! His team pb, Mike, was fantastic. Ashton was attentive and ensured everything leading up to the solar day was taken care of. He ensured nosotros knew they were there to serve us in whatsoever way. They packed each furniture item carefully and reassembled each piece the same fashion every bit before. They had a Full solar day'south piece of work, never complained, only smiled, and checked in regularly to ensure they were putting things away properly. Don't call up twice about this company. I will recommend them to anyone.

I called Moving APT and talked to a gentleman by the name of Pete. I checked a couple of other companies, and all the information he gave me, the cost and how they operate, I was very satisfied with. When they picked the stuff upward, two gentlemen were there. I was very surprised how efficient they were in packing and how fast. In ii and a half hours, they had the stuff packed and loaded. When Paul first gave me the cost, he asked me how many boxes and totes I'd accept, and I told him I wasn't sure. He figured so many there, and he said if in that location was more than or less, they'd arrange the price. We paid a down payment and the two payments afterwards, and they were pretty close to what they were. It was an excellent experience with Moving APT.

We concluded upwardly with Moving APT because of the price. The representative was absolutely wonderful. In that location were some little additives that had to continue there that he missed, but he was really prompt in calling me and telling me what those were. The pack-up crew was absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed them packing everything upward. Simply they could have been a niggling gentler with our stuff. We had a lot of broken picture frames and glass. The Princess House glasses got broken. But we understood what was going on and we knew the chances so everything's okay.

The process was pretty straightforward and unproblematic. They laid information technology out before nosotros started and so I signed off, and we agreed on our payment method. I packed everything myself, although they did assistance wrap the drinking glass table that I had. The charges were pretty accurate.

The initial telephone call was good only getting the delivery guys and scheduling everything was not that swell. I was under the supposition that Moving APT would have their own people come in which was what I had been told on my initial call. Merely that didn't happen. I wasn't aware that the third-party person was going to come to my apartment to move. So, that wasn't cool. The delivery was fine just the people who were packing were non up to it at all. Also, in that location was some sort of confusion. I took the comprehensive package where they pack and send everything. But when they got at that place, they said that they were not gonna do any of the dishes and utensils. And then, I had to pack them all by myself and hand it over to them, which wasn't fun at all. As shortly as the packing was done, Moving APT was not in the picture at all because all the communication was directly with the movers. So, I was a little surprised with that.
When the contractor showed up at my door, they had a different quote. They said that it was going to take more space and I was fine with paying for that. But after that happening, Moving APT called me back and gave me a revised quote which was different from what the people who were actually packing had given me. The contractors were giving me one piece of contract, which they inverse all the numbers. I signed it and handed them the cash. And then, an e-mail comes from Moving APT saying that I need to pay $300 extra because they upped the reservation fee because the total dollar value had gone up and reservation fee is a portion of that. Then, that did non brand any sense to me. Afterwards, I never heard back from Moving APT on how they resolved the issue. So, I sent an e-mail with the discrepancies and I never heard back and the issue was never resolved and I never even got a concluding invoice of what I paid. But I got one from the contractor.

Moving APT apologies for whatsoever confusion in the customer'south motility and / or booking procedure. Moving APT is a booking agent who reserves truck infinite for a customer. The client'due south motility was performed by Barahonas Professional Moving & Storage, whom the client'southward contract was also with. That said, we are always here to assistance and mediate between a client and carrier whenever necessary. Our records do prove that a final invoice was sent to the customer on 7/25/22 as requested. We do apologize if the customer did non receive it and are happy to send it again if even so needed. Likewise, we are very deplorable to hear that the customer was not completely satisfied with their experience with their carrier and would exist happy to provide the customer with a courtesy bounty for any inconvenience. Our Customer Service Department has at present reached out to the customer to offer our assistance.

Nosotros were unaware that Moving APT performs cantankerous-country moves. When we knew, nosotros made a call to request a transfer from FL to NY. They have excellent folks! They provided a quote for us; however, it was a little lower than the others. The nicest role, though, was that they came the very other mean solar day to our new dwelling house! In that location is no need to wait while they pick up or deliver other cargoes. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the service was fantastic! Never earlier has moving been then unproblematic!

We had to become things from one place to another for a company and everything got in that location when it needed to. The quote was good. It was annoying though to talk to three dissimilar companies. I was talking to the movers, to whoever sets it up and to another party. Only everything turned out swell.
